Reserve the Pavilion
If you are interested in booking the beach pavilion for a gathering, please contact Candy Dietzen at [email protected]. Â Please be sure to read the rules and regulations prior to booking.
Please note the following rules and regulations in relation to your reservation:
- Parking in the lot is reserved for Timberlake residents. Guests should park on the roadway.
- This is a beach property and as such glass containers are not allowed.
- You are required to supply a valid telephone number where you can be reached during the duration of your reservation.
- You are responsible for cleaning the area after your function and pushing the garbage can/cans to the parking area. You will be charged an hourly clean up fee of $100.00 per hour if additional cleaning is required.
- Functions for 50 or more people will require the rental of an additional Porta Potty.
- Functions including more than 25 people will require an additional lifeguard to be on duty (during beach season/hours). The charge for this is $25.00 per hour
- Swimming outside the swim area or when a lifeguard is not present is at your own risk.
- Any and all fires must be tended by an adult at all times.
- Any functions for minors (i.e. birthday parties, scout meetings, sports gatherings, etc.) must be attended by at least one adult for every 8 minors.
